Ker Cabinet recommends to Guv to bring out ordinance for GST
The Kerala Government today decided to bring in an ordinance for the Kerala Goods and Services Act 2017.
The cabinet, chaired by chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, recommended to Governor P Sathasivam to bring out the ordinance for the Kerala Goods and Services Act 2017.
The ordinance is required to implement the GST, bill for which was passed by the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha.
As the GST is expected to be rolled out nationally from July one, the ordinance has to be promulgated for its implementation in Kerala.
