US Secretary of State John Kerry, had a "good visit" to India where he co-chaired the fourth India-US Strategic Dialogue with his Indian counterpart early this week, an US state department spokesperson said.
"He (Kerry) had a very good visit (to India)," said State Department spokesperson Patrick Ventrell while responding to questions on the just concluded strategic dialogue between the two countries early this week.
The US State Department appreciated India's economic co-operation in Afghanistan.

"It has been very positive, we are certainly welcoming it and want greater regional stability there for India to have a better relationship with Pakistan and Afghanistan," he said.
He added that health co-operation, climate change, clean energy, education were other areas of co-operation between the two countries.
"I know the Secretary really enjoyed his time in India and had a good visit," Ventrell said.
