Lawyers in Jaipur on strike

Demanding welfare measures lawyers of lower and higher courts today went on strike here.
They had submitted a 14-point memorandum to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and went on strike when their demands were not addressed.
A representative of Jaipur Bar Association said that housing scheme was one of their demands.
Another advocate Rajesh Pareekh said that thousands of lawyers supported the demand and work in courts was hit today.
