Leopard cub rescued from well in Madhya Pradesh

A leopard cub was today rescued from a well where it had fallen after straying into Rangole village here.
The cub was saved after over 8 hours of rescue operation by forest and police officials, Azad Nagar Police Station Inspector S P S Chouhan said.
The villagers noticed the cub in the well and informed police who in turn informed forest officials, he said.
The cub will be released in the forest after medical check-up, police said.
