Linseed oil eased in an otherwise listless Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on subdued demand from paint and allied industries.
While, groundnut oil, refined palmolein, castor seeds bold and castor oil commercial ruled steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, linseed oil slipped by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 805 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 810.
Castor seeds bold and castor oil commercial ended unaltered at Rs 4,090 per 100 kg and Rs 848 per 10 kg, respectively.
Moving to edible section, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 830 per 10 kg and Rs 710 per 10 kg.
