Lionel Richie replaced by John Legend on talent hunt

Richie, 62, who is a name to reckon with in Soul and R&B music, vacated the spot due to a scheduling conflict, reported Contactmusic.

The show will be aired on ABC this summer and will have Jennifer Nettles and Robin Thicke alongside Legend.

"The series is a one-of a kind singing competition that takes the Superstars out from behind the judges' panel and onto the stage.
