A local BSP leader was today killed in Saurikh area here allegedly over some old rivalry.
Mahendra Katheria, general secretary of BSP's assembly segment unit, was killed by a youth, identified as Rajneesh Shakya, in Aruha village this morning, police said.
An FIR has been lodged and efforts are being made to arrest the accused, Superintendent of Police Kalanidhi Naithani said.
