Malin Akerman's estranged husband Roberto Zincone has filed for divorce after six years of marriage.
The rocker submitted the divorce documents to an LA court last Wednesday, citing "irreconcilable difference" as the reason for seeking divorce, reported Us magazine.
He has also asked the court for visitation rights to their baby boy but the physical custody will stay with the 35-year-old actress.

The couple's divorce comes about seven months after they welcomed their first child together.
News of the couple's separation broke last week.
"It's as amicable as can be, and they want to do what's best for their son," a source close to the couple had said.
Akerman and Zincone met when they played together in the rock band The Petalstones almost a decade ago.
