Mamata scoffs at bus shelters used for drying clothes

In the wake of incidents of bus shelters being misused in the metropolis, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today asked traffic police personnel to keep a watch so that the shelters are not misused.

"Why clothes are being dried in this bus stand (shelter)? Bus stands are for people who wait for their busses. See to it that bus stands are not misused," Banerjee told a traffic police officer after witnessing a bus shelter at Rawdon Street being used to dry clothes.
