Man arrested for sexually assaulting 10-year-old daughter
A 40-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting his 10-year-old daughter at Kolhapur in Western Maharashtra, police said Friday.
The victim's mother filed a complaint in this regard at Shivajinagar Police Station Thursday, a police official said.
A case under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act(POCSO) has been registered, the official said.
