A 35-year-old man dressed in a female attire was today shot dead allegedly over some dispute related to money in Tulsi Niketan area here.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada said that Dilawar alias Gatua, resident of Pappu colony, used to wear feminine clothes.
There had always been a tiff with his family over the issue of wearing feminine clothes, police said.
We are probing the case and the body has been sent for postmortem, the ASP said, adding, that an FIR has been registered against unidentified assailants.
