Man ends life after being accused of killing lover in UP

A man who was absconding after allegedly being accused of killing his lover was found hanging from a tree, in Uttar Pradesh's Kallanpur village, police said today.

The body of 27-year-old Tarun was found hanging from a tree yesterday, police said.

The police were looking for the deceased, who was absconding after being accused of strangulating 26-year-old Minakshi to death, they said.

"The body of Tarun was found hanging from the tree and has been sent for post-mortem," said Station House Officer, Ambika Bhardawaj.
