First Fast Track Court Judge Bylur Shankar Ram also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on Shivaraj.

Shivaraj had abducted the girl in his auto rickshaw and raped her at an isolated place in 2010.

Two of his associates who helped him were also sentenced to four years RI with a fine of Rs 5,000 each.
