Man, girl commit suicide in Sikar district

A young man and a teenaged girl allegedly committed suicide today by jumping before a running train at Khuri-Rasid Pura railway station in Sikar district, police said here.

The deceased were identified as Pawan Kumar Meghwal (20) and Sunita Kumawat (17) and hailing from Nawalgarh's ward number 6, the police said.

Both of them had left their studies earlier and were living with their parents in Nawalgarh. The exact reason behind the extreme step was yet to be divulged by their parents, police said, adding that their bodies were handed over to parents after post mortem.
