Man kills niece, commits suicide in UP

A 21-year-old man allegedly killed histeenage niece by slitting her throat and then committed suicide by jumping before a moving train in Kapsethi police station area today, the police said.

Aakash Gautam slit the 15-year-old girl's throat after a heated argument with her when she was going to school, they said.

He then jumped before a moving train, the police said.

A case has been registered in the matter and a probe is underway, they said.
