Man sentenced to lifer in a murder case

The Fast Track Court - III judge Vimal Kumar Sinha passed the order sentencing one Md. Seraj to life imprisonment and imposed Rs 10,000 fine on him after finding him guilty of the murder of Md. Mubarak six years ago.

Seraj had shot dead Mubarak at the bus stand under Town police station area on October 20, 2006 following a dispute between them over sharing of commission, the prosecution said.
