Man shot over land dispute in UP
A 26-year-old man is in a serious condition after he was shot by unidentified persons over a land dispute in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar district, police said Friday.
The incident occurred at Jauli Village in Morna block on Thursday evening. Waseem was at his field when he had a confrontation with few men about a boundary wall of the field, following which one of the them shot at him, Bhopa police station incharge M S Gill said.
Waseem was taken to a hospital and his condition is stated to be serious. A case has been registered and an investigation is on, the officer added.
