Man strangulated to death over monetary dispute in UP

A 32-year-old man was allegedly strangulated to death by his friend over monetary dispute at Koirauna area here, police said today.

Sanjay Singh was attacked with a blunt object and later strangulated to death by his friend Sharda Prasad Yadav in Baripur village last night over monetary dispute, they said.

On a complaint lodged by the victim's brother this morning, Yadav was arrested who confessed his crime during questioning, police said.
