Mason killed by business partner

The mason was rebuked by his business partner on Wednesday night. When he protested, the other person flew into a rage, picked up a wooden plank lying nearby and attacked him.

The mason was critically injured in the attack and rushed to the hospital. He was later shifted to SCB Medical College Hospital in Cuttack as his condition detriorated and he succumbed to his injuries yesterday.

His wife filed an FIR with the police after his death and the accused partner confessed his crime during interrogation, the police said adding investigation into the incident was on.
