A six-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a middle aged man inside the premises of a temple in South-West Delhi's Bindapur area here, police said today.
The 52-year-old man yesterday lured the girl inside the temple on some pretext and raped her, they said.
The incident came to light this morning when the girl's parents found that she was sexually assaulted following which they took her to Deen Dayal Upadhyay hospital and reported the incident to police.
"The accused has been arrested. The girl has been discharged from the hospital. She is doing fine," a police official said.
