Three miscreants today looted around Rs 75,000 from a petrol pump in Beheria locality here in Palamau district, police said.
The miscreants came on a motorcycle and after filling their vehicle with petrol went to the cash counter pretending to pay the bill but looted the cash at gun point, police said adding that the accused sped away after committing the crime.
Police has launched a hunt to apprehend them but in vain so far.
An FIR has been lodged on the basis of statement given by an employee, Meghnath Mishra in this regard, police added.
