Mobile, 4 batteries found from Yavatmal Central jail

A mobile and four batteries have been found inside the premises of the District Central jail here during a raid conducted by a top prison official, police said today.

"The mobile and the batteries were found yesterday from barrack No. 4 during a raid conducted by Jail Superintendent Shreekrishna Bhusari", Wadgaon Raod Police Station Officer Balkrishna Jadhav said.

A complaint has been lodged today in this regard and investigations are underway, he said.
