Moderate quake jolts China's Sichuan province

A 5.0-magnitude earthquake today struck Sichuan Province in southwest China.

The quake hit Yuexi County at 9:23 am local time.

The China Earthquake Networks Center said the quake occurred at a depth of 15 km.
