Stage is set for Narendra Modi's maiden rally here to campaign for BJP candidates -- former army chief V K Singh from this seat and Mahesh Sharma from Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida).
The rally, to be held at urban Indirapuram area of the constituency around 1 PM, is likely to see Modi speak on local issues like power, infrastructure and law and order situation.
"We are making elaborate arrangements for the rally. The venue has been selected keeping in mind both Ghaziabad and Gautam Buddha Nagar constituencies," said Vijay Mohan, convenor of the rally.
A temporary helipad has been readied for Modi's chopper to land.
