The half-charred body of a man and a headless torso of a woman were today found in Alwar district, raising suspicions of honour killing, the police said.
The bodies, that are yet to be identified, were recovered from a locality under the Ramgarh police station, they said.
The forensic experts have collected samples and it is being investigated whether it is a case of honour killing, Rahul Prakash, Alwar Superintendent of Police, said.
The police said preliminary investigation suggests the victims were killed somewhere else and their bodies were brought to the village and set on fire.
