Naked 'Project Runway' advert banned in LA

A new billboard by Project Runway, where Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn are surrounded by several naked models, has been banned here for being too racy.

The art is to promote the 12th season of Lifetime's fashion design competition but the city found it too distracting to allow it in and around Sunset Boulevard, reported E!Online.

In the billboard, Klum and Gunn are seen lording over a group of nude models posing as their subject, who are in dire needs of good clothes, to be provided by a new batch of fashion desingers.

Though no reason was given about the ban, the city retains the right to prohibit "obscene matters" from being exhibited in public view.
