Nashik BJP today requested the party's state unit leaders to end the alliance with MNS at the Nashik Municipal Corporation, following Raj Thackeray's criticism of Narendra Modi.
MNS chief Thackeray had said yesterday that Modi should have resigned as Gujarat Chief Minister after being nominated as BJP's prime ministerial candidate.
Nashik BJP chief Laxman Savaji today said that in protest, the party workers will also boycott a function here tomorrow which would be attended by the MNS chief.
