Natco Pharma today posted 53.62 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 33.46 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 21.78 crore for the same period of previous fiscal.
Consolidated net sales of the company rose 15.76 per cent to Rs 190.48 crore during the April-June quarter, compared to Rs 164.54 crore during the same period of previous fiscal, Natco Pharma said in a filing to the BSE.
Natco Pharma shares today closed at Rs 1032.30 a piece on the BSE, down 0.63 per cent from the previous close.
