Naxals today set on fire a tractor engaged in road maintenance work in Chhattisgarh's insurgency-hit Dantewada district, police said.
No one was hurt in the incident, which took place near Malewahi village under Barsoor police station limits where maintenance work of a road was underway, a local police official told PTI.
As per the information, around a dozen naxals stormed the maintenance site and threatened the workers before setting the tractor ablaze, he said, adding, the ultras then fled into the forest.

On receiving information about the incident, a police team was rushed to the spot.
A search operation was underway in the region, the official said.
