Nine athletes will represent Coimbatore in the National Paralympics Athletics Championship, scheduled to be held at Chandigarh from March 26.
The athletes, part of Tamil Nadu Para sports team, were selected during trials held at Chennai on March six by the Paralympic Association of Tamil Nadu.
A.Kanniayappan, H Hema, Lingusamy, D Mohankumar, O Ramesh, M Mukundan, S Raju, S Balamurugan and P Bharathiraj, will participate in the 4-day championship, VAlbert Premkumar, President, Coimbatore District Paralympic Association said in a release here today.
