No construction near Rajokri Air Force Station: Govt

The district administration has directed the authorities concerned to ensure that no building or structure come up on the land of Dundahera village falling within the 100-meter radius of the Rajokri Air Force Station.

"The District Town Planner (Enforcement), Chief Town Planner of Municipal Corporation and Tehsildar have also been directed to get 'munadi' (to proclaim by beat of drum) done in this regard in the village and get its report registered in daily diary," a government spokesman said today.

A notification banning any type of construction or planting of trees on the land had already been issued by the central government, he said.
