A local court today issued non-bailable warrant against Robin who fled from custody while serving life imprisonment in connection with the murder of Revati Singh, wife of BJP leader Hukum Singh.
Additional District Sessions judge Ghanshyam Pathak issued the non-bailable warrant against Robin alias Ravi after police filed a report that the convict had fled from their custody.
Robin had yesterday escaped while being escorted from the Bareilly Central Jail to a court here for hearing of a case registered against him under the Gangster Act.
