Official of Indian mission in Pakistan dies in Delhi

An official of the Indian High Commission in Pakistan died here today after a severe illness.
First Secretary (Economic and Commerce) Sadanandan Nambiar, 51, died in AIIMS at 7.30 pm following severe medical complications, officials said.
He was rushed to Delhi recently after doctors in Islamabad detected a swollen nerve in his brain that was affecting his eyesight. Nambiar subsequently slipped into coma from which he did not recover.
