The district administration today ordered officials to list out the sensitive polling booths in the district for the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls.
Speaking at the advisory meeting for Election Department officials including police, District Collector K Vivekandan instructed the officials concerned to inspect all the 1337 designated polling booths to find out the sensitive polling booths and take steps to provide basic amenities including ramp facilities there before February 7.
Police should also establish security in the listed sensitive booths, he ordered.
