One person has been arrested and case registered against nine for allegedly looting a footwear shop in Kotwali area here, police said today.
Some armed persons barged into the shop yesterday night and looted Rs 1.5 lakh from the cash counter. They also injured shop's caretaker Ikram with pistol butt and snatched away his gold chain, police said.
Police arrested a man in this connection whom they identified as Raghav and booked nine others.
We are interrogating and trying to nab the other accused, they said.
