One person died and three others were injured after the car in which they were travelling fell into a deep gorge in Nainital district here today.
The incident happened when the driver lost control of the vehicle near Nighlaat area, said an official of State Emergency Operation Center.
One person died on the spot and the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital, said the official.
He added two of the injured are in critical condition.
