One killed in bus-car mishap

One person was killed in a road accident after a bus carrying CRPF personnel for election duty hit a car in Nishat area here today, police said.

A private bus, hired for carrying CRPF personnel for election duty, hit a car in Nishat area of the city this evening, a police official said.

He said a person was killed in the accident.

The official said protests broke out in the area after the accident and the protestors set ablaze the bus.

Police has registered a case into the incident, the official said.
