One killed, several injured as bus hits car, overturns

: One person was killed

and several others were injured, one of them seriously, when a bus overturned after colliding with a car near here on Tuesday, police said.

The deceased was Vipin, a native of Wayanad, the police said.

The seriously injured person has been taken to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital while others are being treated at a nearby hospital, they added.
