Parents protest fee hike

Protesting fee hike, parents of students studying in city-based St Mary school today staged demonstration and vandalised the building, police said.

The parents shouted slogans against the school authority and broke some windows, they said.

In the wake of the incident, the school will remain close for a week, St Mary authorities said.
