Paternity leave allowed in Tripura

"Decision to provide seven days paternity leave to male employees from now onwards was taken in the meeting of the council of ministers yesterday," Sarkar told reporters today.

This leave facility would be applicable for the employee's first two children, he said adding the state government incresed the paid maternity leave for working women from three to six months.
