Philips Lighting Company has roped in Tamil and Hindi film actress Shruti Hassan and Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor as its Brand Ambassadors.
A market leader in LED lighting category, Philips has appointed the celebrities in its first ever endorsement.
Philips Lighting would undertake its "biggest ever marketing campaign" that would feature Shruti and Ranbir, Philips Lighting Company said in a statement.
Philips would introduce a music video with the popular song 'Saara Zamana Haseeno Ka Deewana' featuring Ranbir in a dynamic suit of LED lights and directed by Prasoon Pandey, it said.
On being appointed as Brand Ambassador, Shruti Hassan said: "It is a brand we all have been related to as a consumer and I am very excited to be part of their new LED campaign".
"Philips is a brand that delivers innovation that matters to you and me. I am thrilled to be associated with LED lighting technology. I am privileged to be associated with this power house of innovation," Ranbir said.
