It was approved during the ongoing meeting of the Planning Commission in New Delhi, official sources said here.
Chief Minister Arjun Munda is attending the meeting.
The state government came under flak from the opposition during the budget session for passing budget without obtaining approval from the Planning Commission.
The government, however, had said it had consulted with the commission before laying out the budget proposals for this fiscal.
