PM condoles demise of Justice P N Bhagwati

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today condoled the demise of former Chief Justice of India P N Bhagwati, saying he made the judicial system more accessible.

"The demise of Justice PN Bhagwati is saddening. He was a stalwart of India's legal fraternity. Bhagwati's remarkable contributions made our judicial system more accessible & gave voice to millions," he said in series of tweets.

Justice Bhagwati, 95, passed away this evening.
