PM's brother offers prayers at temples in TN

Pankaj Modi, brother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Sunday offered prayers at the famous Goddess Meenakshi Amman temple here.

He was accorded a warm welcome by the temple priests, who garlanded him and offered 'prasadam'.

Pankaj Modi spent about an hour at the ancient temple.

Later, he reached Rameswaram and offered prayers at the Lord Ramanathaswamy temple.
