Poacher held near Orang National park.

A poacher was nabbed by forest guards assisted by police today from near the Orang National Park at Barchala along the Sonitpur-Darrang district boundary in Assam.

The poacher was involved in poaching of many rhino and other wildlife and fundamentalist activities, police said.

He was identified as Abdul Khalek and one rifle along with live cartridges were seized from his possession, they said.
