Thirty-eight wanted criminals have been arrested within the last 72 hours under 'Operation Knockout', police said today.
All the arrested accused were absconding after committing heinous crimes, the police said.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police Vaibhav Krishna, the operation was launched on July 6 for 72 hours to nab the criminals.
The police have arrested offenders of loot, dacoity, murder and rape. To avoid their police arrest, five criminals surrendered in district courts, the SSP said.
