Policeman killed in road mishap

A policeman was killed and three others injured in a road accident in Kulgam district of Kashmir Valley.

The policemen were travelling in a car which collided with a tractor at Susman village near Qazigund, 80 kms from here, in south Kashmir last evening, a police spokesman said.

Constables Ghulam Ahmad, Somnath, Purushotam Nath and Abdul Rashid were injured in the accident and were immediately rushed to Soura Medical Institute where Ghulam Ahmad succumbed to injuries, the spokesman said.
