Auto components maker Pritika Auto Industries today said it has acquired assets of Amrit Duraparts in Punjab.
Financial details of the acquisition were however not disclosed.
Pritika Auto has signed an agreement to buy assets that include land, building and machinery of Amrit Duraparts' unit 2 at village Simbli in Punjab, it said in a regulatory filing.

The newly acquired foundry has a capacity of 12,000 tonne per annum, the company said, adding that with this agreement, the total installed capacity will increase to 50,000 tonne per annum.
The company has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary, Pritika Engineering Components, for the acquired assets.
"The foundry is ready for immediate use which will help us fulfil our existing orders and we can also look for opportunities in the export market," Pritika Auto Industries MD Harpreet S Nibber said.
The stock was trading 4.76 per cent up at Rs 163.90 on BSE.
