Professor found dead in JU campus

A professor was found dead inside a toilet of Jadavpur University campus today, police said.

Professor Avijit Ghosh, of JU Sanskrit department, had been missing since yesterday evening, police said.

As sweepers went inside to clear the bathroom, his body was recovered, they said.

Police suspected he collapsed due to cardiac arrest.
