Prominent Shia cleric demands CBI probe into Azam's assets

Prominent Shia cleric Kalbe Jawwad today demanded a CBI probe into the assets of SP leader and UP Minister Azam Khan.

"Azam got valuable properties of the Waqf sold in Rampur fort," he alleged at a press conference while demanding a CBI probe into the assets of Khan.

The cleric's allegations came a day after Azam said when the Samajwadi Party assumed office, he wrote a letter for a CBI inquiry into sale of properties of Waqf.
